How soon will I receive my resume once I order it? Answer: Once you add your choice to your cart and your credit card information is verified you will receive an email with a link to download your selected resume instantly. If you have any further questions feel free to contact us.
How does the consulting process work? Answer: Simply submit a form request on the contact page, or call to set up a consulting conference to determine your needs. Consulting service charges are determined based on the type of request.
What type of training events do you provide? Answer: We provide one on one training as well as group wide training and speaking events. If your company, organization, college or highschool would like us to present on ways to improve your resume or KSA writing feel free to contact us for more information. What information do you need to prepare my KSAs? Answer: Be sure to send us your resume for all services. Also include a copy (.pdf format), or link of the vacancy announcement if you are requesting KSA writing services. Do I need a federal resume? Answer: If you are applying for a federal job you absolutely should have a federal resume. We can professionally prepare one for you if you do not currently have a working resume. Or we can also convert your existing resume into the federal format. Are you able to provide required federal files such as SF-15, OF-306, etc? Answer: Yes, if you need help finding these documents which are required for federal employment we can provide them with your order. Simply list the files required for your job announcement. How quick of a turn around for my resume or KSA? Answer: We require a one week turn around timeline from the day of order. If you need a quicker turn around this can be arranged with a expedited fee.
